santa bag and tag... by Lynn Millers

today, I have a gift bag and tag to show you.  love the santa in this paper from webster pages!  and its just one of the many pretty papers in the christmas in paris kit!  it’s trimmed with sheet music paper that I scallop punched.  the cute charm and flower are also it the kit.  the twine and the pleated dictionary paper came from the blue moon-october kit.

I’ll be back with more from this great kit soon:)

The Country Farm Stand Kit is so very inspiring. I hope you are all enjoying all of these beautiful projects the team has given you for inspiration on what to do with this kit! :) I must admit, I have been highly stressed out about making sure I showed the versatility of this kit. And just when I thought I was done I realized this kit had the PERFECT colors for a girly gift tag project I needed to create. I went to a Girls Craft Night Out at a friends house last week and one of our projects was creating soy candles in "recycled" tea cups. I chose this sweet tea cup thinking that my mom would love it as a gift for Mother's Day...but I needed to spice it up just a bit with a tag. Pulling a bit of everything from tags and ribbons to papers, cardstock and the little rose embellishments I feel like this tag "created itself" to just go perfectly with this sweet tea cup candle. Enjoy~

Hello:)

Another Gift Set in an intense red color, this time is a card and  tag. This tag could be attached to a gift.

Flowers are decorated with beads, card and tag are stitched, that added them more charm.
To make the card more 3D I used 3D tape to one of the flower.

I used:

-paper Glitz Design – Love Nest – Floral – I cut out flowers

-paper Webster’s Pages – Spring Market – Market Menu – I used it like a base for the card and a border
-Pink Paislee - Old School - Curriculum

-beautiful chipboard letters and numbers The Girls’ Paperie – Tinsel & Twing

-paper tag

-beautiful  elastic Tim Holtz ribbon

Designer Day Three ~ Scallop Tags by Lori Hairston

This kit has so many pieces, it's great for making layers.  From stickers, to ribbon, to die cuts to pretty papers - it has it all.   These two scallop tags make use of all of that.

  The heart, the crown, the bird, the open scallop circles are just a small portion of all the die cuts.  The blue and yellow flower border and the ticket and tiny tag don't even make a dent in the October Afternoon sticker sheet.  Look at the pretty brown grosgrain ribbon and rose ribbon. 

 I just cut off one of the roses and sewed it up a little tighter for use here.  You will certainly be amazed by all the goodies when this kit arrives on your doorstep!
