"I Am Yours" Layout by Jessy Christopher

The title was inspired by Jason Mraz's song called "I'm Yours". It was a hit when it was first released & actually I still enjoy listening to it.

Another layout created using "Floribunda" kit & love the Glitz papers!!

The rub-on and the fabric flower are from past kit that you can check them out HERE! The memo pins by Tim Holtz are just brilliant!!

Totally loving the alpha by Pink Paislee!! You can distress it to give a vintage look :)

Have fun scrapping!
Xoxo Jessy

Kirsty's Note -
With this beautiful layout, we are sadly saying goodbye to Jessy today. Jessy has been a super sweet Pixie since Pixie Dust Paperie started in October 2010. Months after months she has provided beautiful samples for our viewers at The Pixie Blog, she is not just talented, the dedication that Jessy has shown over the last few months has been such a blessing to all of us. We had so much fun with her and her talent is outstanding and will be greatly missed.
THANK YOU JESSY!!!!!
For being such a sweet Pixie and for your contribution during your DT term with Pixie Dust Paperie!

"Fame" Layout by Jessy Christopher

Well, I was asked by a scrapbook owner to create a layout for her "wall of fame" in her store. She told me that she will fill up her wall with her favorite artiste and one of them is moi! That is such an honor & privilege. Still pretty surreal to me :)

The other artiste that is sharing the same wall with me is Cindy Lee. When I visited the store, I managed to snap a pic of us together pointing to our layouts & I knew I have to scrap bout it. And here I am presenting you my layout...

If you notice, the color inspiration of this layout is from the photo! What a co that the Pixie March kit has the colors that I wanted! Every products+colors in the kit went very well together and I was in awe :)

Can't you tell that I love butterflies by now? LOL. Cindy is a butterfly freak too :)

I adore the Pink Paislee chipboard alphabet & just not that, it came in a beautiful corrugated black box that you can actually alter it! No kidding...

Another close-up shots of the different paper that I used on this layout! The vintage music score is from the Jan kit. Told ya... that Pixie kits are so versatile that they can mix & match *wink*

Xoxo Jessy

Kirsty's Note -

"Love Notes" Layout by Jessy Christopher

It's my first 8.5"x11" layout for Pixie and it is seriously fun to play with this size. It is not as easy as it look cause the space is smaller and sometimes you tend to doubt whether what you fill is enough. LOL! If you have tried, you'll know what I mean *wink*

This Pink Paislee paper is full with graphics and I wanted to keep this simple but focus on my journaling or shall I say "love notes"?! Bright and Starlight are words you can find at the edge of the paper :)

I adore this Glitz fancy frame rub-on that you can find in the "Feb kit". Again the word 'love letters' you can find them at the edge of another Pink Paislee paper in the "Floribunda" kit :)

Have fun scrapping!
Xoxo Jessy

"E ❤ J" Layout by Jessy Christopher

Well I was thinking again... should I cut this Pink Paislee paper since I didn't allow myself too the last time? My answer was YES! Braved myself with the Cutterbee scissors and started to cut out the beautiful & bright colored flowers.

I actually love the end result. The composition is different from my usual. I did some flower arranging...litterally... and in between I positioned the photos. Oh yeah, before I stick my flowers, photos & also the embellies... I actually rubbed-on the Glitz frame on the transparency. Why did I do it on the transparency? Just in case I change my mind. I can be very fickle-minded at times. LOL!

That Tim Holtz's frame is just so elegant and yet vintage!

Heart that stamp sentiment :)

Well, wait no more my friend, go grab one March "Floribunda" kit today!
Xoxo Jessy

Kirsty's Note -
I love your flower arrangement too Jessy, what a beautiful page! Thanks Pixie!

Designer Day 4 ~ "Sweetest Day" Layout by Jessy Christopher

How time flies! We are already in the month of March & that means another new kit called "Floribunda" just for you to grab! Well you have seen fab projects from the DTs over the couple of days & today it's my turn to show you what I did...

This beautiful Pink Paislee paper is just too beautiful to cut... seriously! Oh my love for papers are so undeniable. LOL! So I do what I always do best that is to "enhance" the paper. In between of those beautiful flowers, I added a frame and doilies that I cut from another Pink Paislee paper. To give it a flow, I added the rest ie: the rub-on cage and flowers.

The red sentiments are from the edge of the Pink Paislee paper. They are actually the name of the paper and also the name of the collection.

Close-up shot on the beautiful Glitz rub-ons - roses & birdcage!

I always love to add glimmer mist to my background paper and those tiny butterflies are just perfect addition. Don't you think so?

Have fun scrapping!
Xoxo Jessy

Kirsty's Note -

"Thank You So Much" Card by Jessy Christopher

A lil card that I created using the ever-wonderful Webster's Pages paper that you can find it in the Feb kit. I also used the doily die cut that you can get hold in the Jan kit. Pretty simple to assemble it, just a lil of fussy cutting, stamping and distressing and you are good to go. Hope you like the card and Happy Sunday!

Xoxo Jessy

We round up February Kit "Springtime Pixie" with Jessy's beautiful card, and that will also mean a PREVIEW tomorrow!!! Look out for our sneak for Pixie March Kit!
